Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Simply email us with your concept or inspiration, and we’ll let you know what’s possible. Please note that fully custom designs may cost more than our standard shadow boxes depending on materials and complexity.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Custom orders are just that, made to order. Meaning I make them once the order is placed. There is at least a 2-week turnaround time, not to include shipping time. If you need them faster, please message the website or email us at midnightinspirationsllc@gmail.com and we can see what we can do!

What is your return policy?
Because our products are handmade and customized, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out so we can help.
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product, then email them to midnightinspirationsllc@gmail.com so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Shipping?
CWe currently ship through USPS Priority Mail, and you’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
